Three-point measuring and mixing device
This device has a measurement hopper equipped with a load cell to electrically send highly accurate measured values, a control calculator (computer), an automatic tare compensator, and so forth. This highly accurate three-point measuring and mixing device measures the materials according to their characteristics.
Features
- (1) The feeding module with fine adjustment minimizes an error in quantities to be fed.
- (2) The automatic correction type measurement reduces the deviation of the salt to 0.2% or less.
- (3) A liquid crystal panel enables change in the mixing ratio by one-touch operation.
- (4) The automatic zero adjustment prevents measurement errors.
- (5) The printer prints the measurement logs to ensure your fermentation management.
- (6) The alarm system warns you when the specified upper or lower limit of the measurement is exceeded. A backup mechanism is also equipped.
