Washed Rice Conveying Process
Ginjo Washed Rice Separator
Conventionally, there are no devices that accurately classify the material rice and the rice washing water in the process for washing highly polished material rice. This model comprises a conveyor type washed rice separator with a vacuum device. This device can surely perform solid-liquid separation.
Features
- (1) It is possible to make sure that the highly polished material rice and the rice washing water are separated in a short time. Therefore, the specified water absorption time can be maintained accurately.
- (2) One Ginjo washed rice separator moves over multiple tanks. Different types of polished rice are automatically processed for sure.
- (3) The draining process for the specified water absorption is automated. Highly polished material rice is processed continuously.
