Steamed Material Cooling Device
After the steam treatment process, this device cools the material to the specified temperature continuously in a short time. The temperature is detected by a sensor, and the rotational speed of the ventilation fan is controlled by the computer. Thus, the amount of ventilation is controlled to cool the material to the specific temperature.

- (2) The computer and the inverter are used to achieve the specific cooling temperature.
- (3) The rice quality is adjusted to have a firm outer surface and a soft inner core.
- (4) The propagation of unwanted bacteria can be suppressed.
- (5) This unit is of a sanitary type. You can clean the whole part of the machine.
- (6) An optional automatic cleaning device can be installed.
- (7) The cold air system can be connected for prolonged brewing.
