Salt Water Mixing and Transferring Device

After the koji mold is completed for brewing shoyu, this device stirs and mixes salt water and the koji mold at a specific ratio before transferring them to the fermentation tank.

Features

  • (1) The salt water is mixed with the koji mold very quickly and evenly.
  • (2) As the salt water penetrates the koji mold very quickly and evenly, the propagation of unwanted bacteria is prevented.
  • (3) A special pump is used to achieve lump-free large-volume transfer.
  • (4) After the transfer is completed, the material remaining in the piping is automatically scraped and cleaned by a sponge ball, which is driven by pressurized air.
