Water Transfer Device
Features
- (1) This device mixes materials and water and transfers the mixture. The mixing ratio, or the ratio of the material weight to the water, is 1 : 1.
- (2) The belt scale keeps a specific ratio of water to the material weight.
- (3) The mixing screw mixes the material and the water evenly.
- (4) The mixing hopper and the special stainless pump realize smooth transfer.
- (5) The sanitary type piping is easy to clean.
Process Flow
- [Measurement] The belt scale measures the material.
- [Mixing] A specific amount of water (measured by the magnetic flow meter) is mixed with the material in the water piping of the mixing screw.
- [Transfer] The mixture is transferred from the mixing hopper using the special pump (controlled by an inverter).
- [Cleaning] After the transfer, the piping is washed and cleaned by the air-driven sponge ball.
