Kiri-kaeshi Machine
Only a small number of people are required to disintegrate chunks of steamed rice quickly.
Our Kiri-kaeshi Machine spreads out chunks of steamed rice and breaks them down, rendering them suitable for Ginjo and Daiginjo (premium sake and super-premium sake).
By properly disintegrating steamed rice, chunks of steamed rice are separated into individual grains, making it easier to break down the malted grains (called koji) and ensure uniformity in mash fermentation.
The machine allows for even cutting and turning without lowering the product temperature and enables quick finishing by a small number of people.
The machine is designed for easy cleaning, with no chains in the drive unit. A grate is provided in the feed port for safety.
Depending on the required specifications and application, we can customize the product in a wide range, from a tabletop model to a large-scale model, to suit your work environment.
